Here we go..

Alright. Well, I've recently installed FL Studio 8, and I've been working a lot with it. Slowly getting the hang of it. I'll try and submit some of my tracks over the week and of course add any I might make.

EDIT: I'll be using this news post thingy as a blog, I guess. Gives people something to read, which I'm sure you all appreciate. :p

So.. It's another rainy Sunday today and I'm sitting in my room reading forums and stuff, basically watching time waste away. Recently submitted a new track. It's dark ambient with some DnB. Very proud of it. To bad it got zero bombed though. I didn't really enjoy that. :/ I'm looking for ways to improve, but so far I've only really had one proper review. Oh well, can't have everything, can you? .. You can?! Shit.

Just my luck. I'm trying to be the helpful person I am and I end up with a garbage whistle. Thanks to the mod who gave it to me. I really appreciate that. Next time some idiot screams "Go fucking kill yourself, you stupid motherfucking piece of horseshit", I'll be sure to rate the review 'helpful'.

Oh, so depressing.

:Happy face:

Still hoping somebody would link me to a tutorial of sorts, if you have one, then please PM it to me. :)

I guess that's all for now,

Yay!

That's why I'm scared to use the whistle. It seems like it's only safe to use unless it's a case of blatant plagiarism. Anything less is considered trivial.

Exactly.

Hoping I can get my whistle back to normal. After that, I'm done with blowing it, as it has no meaning whatsoever, apparantly.

I already reviewed one of your songs before. And I reviewed another just now. You could learn plenty more, but I can't say I was any better when I was in high school. I failed music theory class, it was a pass-fail class though so even when I failed I passed.

I know. So far I've only made tracks to figure out the use of each instrument. I've yet to make anything complex, but I'm eager to learn. If you have any tips, please PM me. :)

different genres?

Very perceptive.

Yes, they're all different genres. That's because I like a lot of variety in music, AND I've only really tested things out so far, which basically means messed around with instruments.

I'll be making more quality work from now on, though.
